What this site is

Layoffs Pulse republishes official U.S. layoff notices filed under the WARN Act and similar state laws, normalized so each employer has one history. The data is provided as-is for informational purposes only.

What it is not

• State filings can contain errors, omissions, and delays, and our normalization can misattribute a notice. Always verify consequential facts against the official state source before acting on them.
• Nothing on this site is legal advice, employment advice, or investment advice.

Alerts

Alert subscriptions require confirming your email. You can unsubscribe at any time from any alert email; unsubscribing is immediate. We aim to send at most one alert email per day when there are matching notices, but we do not guarantee delivery timing or completeness.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site in ways that harm it or its visitors: no attempts to disrupt the service, harvest alert subscriber emails, or misrepresent the data as your own official publication. Automated access is fine at a reasonable rate; if your usage degrades the site for others, we may block it.
